- $75,000 in bodily injury coverage for any one person in any one accident
- $150,000 in bodily injury coverage for at least two persons in any one accident
- $25,000 in property damage coverage in any one accident
- Uninsured motorist coverage
- Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance (the “no-fault” insurance coverage)
If the driver is logged into the app and transporting a pre-arranged fare, then they must be covered by insurance with the following limits:
- Minimum of $1,250,000 for bodily injury, death, or property damage
- $1,250,000 supplemental underinsured/ uninsured motorist (SUM) coverage
- PIP coverage
